Commissions

Commissions are on an application basis. I'll accept inquiries that I feel I can draw well and that interest me to ensure a good product.All model prices include commercial rights. Commissions can be paid 50% upfront and then 50% after completion, but before final delivery. Please discuss with me if you would like to organise a different payment plan.

Terms of serviceLast updated: 16.08.21By commissioning me in any way you agree to these terms below:

1. General terms:
Please, when ordering a commission be as clear and concise as possible and provide clear references. Not a giant wall of text. Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and I will cancel the commission. Follow the rules as stated on the commission sheet, if they are failed I have every right not to accept the commission.2. Payment:
By default, commissions will be paid upfront in full. Live2D commissions can be paid 50% upfront, and 50% after completion, but before sending the model. Please discuss with me if you would prefer to set up a payment plan. Payments Accepted will only be in GBP.3. Process:
I will give previews of the process if the commissioner asks for it, it will be much preferred if you want to suggest changes to do so at that stage rather than later. Unless requested otherwise by the commissioner, the creation process may be streamed.4. Customer:
I will do what I can to make sure the commission looks right for you, the commissioner. However as stated in term 3, let me know changes as early as possible. Any major changes or restarting a whole commission may result in a fee and a longer delivery time.5. Copyright / usage policy:
I, the artist, own the rights to the commissioned piece for the purposes of using the product to promote myself or my brand, as part of my portfolio and works.The commissioner retains any ownership of the IP, if applicable, and may use the copyrighted work for personal projects or public videos with credited attribution, e.g. YouTube, and use the artwork or graphic to promote themselves or their brand.The following will be considered copyright infringement:
Reproducing my artwork for commercial use.
Using my artwork without permission.
Taking credit for the artwork, removing any signatures or not crediting for video use or commercial use.
Altering the artwork without my knowledge.If you would like to use the product for merchandise or otherwise make profit of it, you must purchase the commercial rights.Where commercial rights are not included, the rights to the commission can be purchased at a fee of £20 or more depending on the complexity of the commission. These may be purchased after a commission has been complete.6. Refunding or cancellation:
Once payments are transferred you have an agreement you cannot cancel unless I do for reasons e.g. your behaviour. In that case you will get your money back. If you wish to have a chargeback against me your rights to my work will be redacted and I have a right to sell it myself unless it is your copyrighted character. If you are cancelled on behalf of behaviour or any rule breaking of the sort you will not be allowed to commission from me again.
